Hand baggage
What you carry on with you, who looks inside, and how to ask for it back.
What we hold
- Your account: the address you registered, a hashed password, the name on your card, a birth date, a gender and any extra you place on your frequent-flyer page.
- Your chats and her notes about you; keeping which phrase she gave you is how she remembers.
- A session cookie, plus another noting that you cleared the adults-only gate.
- Payment records: amount and transaction reference. Card numbers never arrive, because the counter takes only coin.
- Routine server logs, held for a short spell.
Why we hold it
To operate the chat, apply the conduct rules and keep the terminal open. A model of ours, or one run by a partner under the same brief, handles each message, and software scans for safety. Nobody buys your chats, and advertisers never see them.
Counting passengers
A plain analytics counter tallies visitors and their regions. It cannot see inside your bag.
What you control
Every chat menu offers three moves: amend her notes, take a transcript or wipe the flight. To remove the account and its contents, write to the desk from its own email. Where your local law grants further rights, state them and the desk will honour them.
